The virtual assistant may highlight areas on images (such as panoramic or CT scans) that could require attention and provide personalized guidance to users. These features are intended to promote awareness and healthy habits, but they do not constitute clinical advice or diagnostic conclusions.

AI Transparency: AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Highlighted areas on images are automatically generated visual markers intended for awareness purposes and do not represent medical/clinical findings. Users should not rely solely on AI suggestions when making decisions about their oral health. My Mobile Dentist and its developers are not responsible for any actions taken by users based on AI outputs.

The app does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or prevention.

⚖️ Legal Validity & Governing Law

This disclaimer forms part of your agreement with My Mobile Dentist. It is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, and applicable international consumer protection standards. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

In case of any dispute, the governing law shall be the substantive law of Canada, and the exclusive jurisdiction shall be the courts of the Province of Alberta.
