1. General Provisions
This User Agreement governs the use of the
My Mobile Dentist mobile application and website,
provided by My Mobile Dentist Inc. (Canada).
The app is an informational and educational tool intended to provide
general information about oral health, hygiene, prevention, and healthy habits.
By using the app or website, the user acknowledges and agrees to the
terms of this Agreement.
2. Licensing
The My Mobile Dentist app is distributed through Google Play
and is licensed for use rather than sold as intellectual property.
The license is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable
The app may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes
Downloading or purchasing the app does not transfer ownership of the app, source code, branding, or protected content to the user
Use of the app may also be subject to applicable Google Play terms and policies
3. App Features
The app provides:
Interactive diagram of teeth and anatomical structures
Preloaded dental questions and answers
Knowledge quizzes with multiple-choice questions
Informational and educational dental videos through the official My Mobile Dentist YouTube channel
Self-check questionnaire with general informational recommendations
Virtual tooth shade preview using the Vita shade scale on demonstration models
4. Medical Limitations
My Mobile Dentist is an informational and educational application
The app is not intended to provide a medical diagnosis or prescribe treatment
Questionnaire results and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only
The app does not replace consultation with a licensed dentist or other qualified healthcare professional
The app is not intended for emergency or urgent medical use
If you experience pain, swelling, bleeding, trauma, fever,
difficulty breathing, or other concerning symptoms, you should seek
appropriate professional dental or medical assistance.
5. Age Rating
The app's age rating is determined by Google Play / IARC based on
the app content and the information provided by the developer.
The app contains informational and educational materials about oral health
and is not specifically designed for children.
When the app is used by minors, parental or legal guardian supervision
is recommended.
6. Privacy and User Data
My Mobile Dentist does not require users to create an account
and does not collect, store, or process users' personal or medical data.
The app does not request users to upload personal photographs,
dental X-ray images, medical records, or other personal medical information.
Questionnaire responses are used only to display general informational
results and recommendations within the app.

7. User Responsibilities
The user agrees to use the app lawfully and for its intended purposes
The user must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit protected My Mobile Dentist content without prior written permission
The user must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract the app's source code, except where expressly permitted by applicable law
Users are responsible for how they interpret and use the informational content provided by the app
Health-related decisions should be made in consultation with a qualified healthcare professional
8. Google Play Purchases and Refunds
My Mobile Dentist is distributed through Google Play.
Purchases, payments, cancellations, and refunds made through Google Play
are processed according to Google's applicable terms and policies.
My Mobile Dentist Inc. does not receive or store users'
payment card information.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, My Mobile Dentist Inc.,
its affiliates, developers, partners, and suppliers shall not be liable
for losses, damages, or consequences resulting from misuse or
misinterpretation of the informational content provided by the app,
delays in seeking professional medical advice, or technical malfunctions.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the applicable laws of Canada
and the Province of Alberta, as well as other applicable legal requirements
depending on the territory in which the app or website is used.
11. Changes to This Agreement
My Mobile Dentist Inc. may update this Agreement when the app,
website, applicable legal requirements, or services change.
The current version of this Agreement will be made available
on the My Mobile Dentist website.
12. Final Provisions
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by applicable law
This Agreement is provided in English. Any translation may be provided for convenience; in the event of a material inconsistency, the English version will govern to the extent permitted by applicable law

you have had the opportunity to review this Agreement;
the app is intended for informational and educational purposes;
the app does not provide medical diagnosis or prescribe treatment;
survey results and recommendations are not medical conclusions;
